These terms govern your use of tezerakt.pro and any services provided by Tezerakt. By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Services

Tezerakt provides SEO strategy, technical SEO, content strategy, link building, keyword research, online reputation management, site architecture consulting and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate written agreement between Tezerakt and the client.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or engage our services. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of any business you represent.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to required accounts and platforms, and feedback within agreed timelines. Delays caused by the client do not extend delivery commitments from Tezerakt unless agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content produced by Tezerakt as part of a paid engagement becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Strategy documents, audits, reports and content deliverables are produced for the client’s use. Tezerakt retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

The tezerakt.pro website, its design, structure and original content are the property of Tezerakt and may not be reproduced without permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. Tezerakt will not disclose client business data, strategies or performance metrics to third parties without written consent. Clients will not share Tezerakt strategy documents or proprietary methodologies with competitors or third parties.

Results and Guarantees

SEO involves complex systems influenced by factors outside any agency’s direct control, including search engine algorithm updates, competitor activity and market shifts. Tezerakt does not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels or revenue outcomes. We commit to executing the agreed scope with technical precision and strategic care.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in each client agreement. Work does not begin until the initial payment is received. Late payments may result in paused delivery. Refunds are not issued for completed work or for performance outcomes that depend on external factors.

Limitation of Liability

Tezerakt’s liability in any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost rankings or business disruption resulting from SEO work, algorithm changes or third-party platform decisions.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual engagement agreement. Work completed up to the termination date is billable. Tezerakt reserves the right to terminate engagements immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Tezerakt operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceeding is initiated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve or as required by law. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
